Health Pulse stores the health-related information you choose to enter so you can track it for yourself and family members you add.
What we store
- Account details: name, email, password hash (not plain-text passwords)
- Family member profiles and health records you enter (conditions, symptoms, medications and taken logs, allergies, measurements, labs, providers, surgeries)
- Session cookies used to keep you signed in
How we store it
Data is currently stored in a private Google Spreadsheet accessed by the application service account. Access is limited to your account via application-level checks.
Sharing
We do not sell your health data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Service providers that host the app (e.g. cloud infrastructure) may process data solely to operate the service.
Retention & deletion
While signed in, use Account to download your data (JSON) or permanently delete your account.
Data remains until you remove or archive it, or request account deletion. Contact the operator of this instance to request deletion of your account and associated records.
Security
We use hashed passwords, HTTPS in production, and session cookies marked HttpOnly. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
