Service
Health Pulse provides tools to record and review personal and family health information. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Availability may depend on third-party infrastructure and data stores.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information you choose to store
- Keep your password confidential
- Use the service only for lawful personal or family tracking
- Do not rely on the app as medical advice (see Disclaimer)
Accounts
You must be old enough to consent to store health information under the laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. automated spam, abuse of shared resources).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Health Pulse are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on data you entered or summaries you generated.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
